The Iveagh Hostel is the largest and oldest independent Hostel in
Ireland, currently accommodating up to **Apply on the website** men in

remained constant ? to provide safe, clean and comfortable
accommodation to men in need, respecting their autonomy and privacy.
As a key part of The Iveagh Trust commitment to our Residents in the
Hostel, the Head Chef will oversee the preparation and delivery of
healthy, nutritious and quality daily meals & catering to Residents.
A core part of The Iveagh Trust ethos and service places our residents
at the heart of what we do and how we do it. It is in this light that
the Head Chef will also be responsible for creating a positive
resident experience within the kitchen and dining area, ensuring a
welcoming, inviting and homely atmosphere for one and all.
POSITION: SOUS-CHEF
REFERENCE: HSC**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**
LOCATION: Bride Road, Dublin 8
REPORTING TO: Hostel head Chef
HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week, working every
alternate weekend
SALARY: Commensurate with experience
CONTRACT: Permanent, following successful completion of a six-month
probationary period
ANNUAL LEAVE: **Apply on the website** days per annum
